House is older but was recently renovated and provided all the comforts and amenities of home. We are a family of 7 and there was plenty of room for us to share meals together and have our own space to escape to. There is also an outdoor fire-pit that I don't recall seeing in the listing and they even provided firewood. Location was EXCELLENT - walk out the back door and your on the semi-private beach...drive 7 minutes and your in the middle of the Kennebunkport with extensive shopping, dining and excursion experiences. The only thing we missed was access to local TV broadcasts and the wifi in one room (Den?) was weak which caused the TV to go out a few times. Overall and excellent experience and would be thrilled to be able to stay here again. ##### Paul O.
