It consists of a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed upon request), a second bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a spacious, bright living room with a sofa bed and a private terrace overlooking the sea and the pool. The outdoor area (garden and pool) is shared with the other guests of the residence, as is the large private car park.
