Beau logement en montagne

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce logement au rapport/ qualité prix raisonnable en Sardaigne. Belle maison en pierre dans un petit lotissement. Maison spacieuse. Bonne literie. Petite cours et Quelque points à améliorer / à savoir : * les voisins au dessus ont été très bruyants… ou alors il n’y a pas d’isolation entre notre plafond et l’étape car on entendait beaucoup de bruit. * Manque un peu d’équipement en cuisine pour un confort optimal (micro-ondes, verre limité, bouilloire, grille pain..) on s’en passe mais c’est bon à savoir. * le réseau internet est très compliqué dans la maison voir inexistant et pas de wifi * La maison est asser reculée dans les montagnes. On ne peut pas descendre à pieds la voiture est primordiale * Pas de bain comme annoncé c’est une douche Dans l’ensemble très bon logement pour le prix. Je vous le recommande

Zanzare, sporcizia e caldo

La villetta è localizzata un una lottizzazione in campagna e si raggiunge dopo circa 2 km di percorrenza di strada asfaltata. La casa si presenta completamente priva di zanzariere in un area circondata da stagni e aree umide nel raggio di 5-6 km e dove le zanzare esistono. L' impianto di condizionamento era assente, un vero inferno con 42 °C in Sardegna ad Agosto. La casa non possedeva neanche un ventilatore. I dispositivi antizanzare liquidi in dotazione erano completamente scarichi. La casa non era inoltre stata pulita il giorno prima del check in ma era palesemente stata pulita da molto tempo. Abbiamo chiesto al proprietario di fare pulire la casa il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo ma nonostante la nostra richiesta il proprietario non ha inviato nessuno a pulire e anzi abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi a pulire la casa. In generale sconsiglio per le famiglie il soggiorno nella struttura

Maison très propre, avec une très bonne literie. Le bémol reste la climatisation absente et peut être un manque d’ustensile ( pas de cafetière, pas de plancha...)

Appartement idéalement situé

Le logement est conforme à l’annonce. La terrasse est très agréable et idéale pour les dîners. Nous avons pu rayonner dans la région et visiter les belles plages de l’ouest. Maria est adorable et a veillé tout au long du séjour à ce que nous passions un bon séjour. Elle nous a donné les petites adresses de plages et restos moins touristiques.

Casa davvero tenuta bene con grazioso giardino, posizionata a pochi minuti dalle principali mete turistiche. Torneremo!
