  • This comfortable apartment is located in Marina di Portisco, a town in Sardinia just a few kilometers from the renowned Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo. It enjoys an ideal location not only for its proximity to the Costa Smeralda: the apartment is just a few meters from the Marina where boats and rafts can be rented and is 5/10 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches on the coast. The furniture is simple and functional and has some characteristic details typical of beach houses. It can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a living room with two single sofa beds, an equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the living room you can access a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea with a table and chairs.
