My apartment is a spacious and cosy three-room apartment measuring 85 square metres, located on the ground floor in the historic centre of Olbia, on a quaint and quiet street.The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, both with air conditioning—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed)—as well as a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with an 80x80 shower. The apartment also features a balcony (smoking is not allowed inside, but you may smoke on the balcony). The central location is ideal, close to the port, the airport, and Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches. The apartment is ideal for exploring the city centre, enjoying an aperitif while watching the sunset along the waterfront, or savouring artisanal gelato in the streets of city centre. The culinary scene is rich and varied, with many traditional restaurants serving local specialities—all just a 5-minute walk from casa.In. In the summer, there’s also a market featuring handmade souvenirs by local artists, as well as outdoor exhibitions and performances. For history lovers, there’s a museum and several archaeological sites easily accessible from the house. If, on the other hand, you prefer to relax, the beach is just a 10-minute drive from the property and is easily accessible from the city bus stop if you don’t have a car. The bus station and train station are both a 5-minute walk away if you’d like to explore the surrounding area without too much hassle.
