We ended up getting a taxi back to the train station at the end of our stay and that was much easier. They’ll shuttle you to and from Nikko station to the Ryokan as well as guide you to the bus that takes you to Keyon. falls. In addition, the Ryokan plays calming music in the hallways and reception area. Gift shop is adorable and they add a special touch to putting your name on a plaque visible at the entry way into the Ryokan. We will miss this facility and hope to return again.
