We ended up staying somewhere else because someone was OD’ing on the stairs outside of my room, I couldn’t lock the door, there was a large blood stain on the mattress, the lights didn’t work, there was hair all over the bathroom counter, and I almost sat on a razor blade. Staff was very friendly and refunded my deposit.

I arrived around 10pm, the room that was given to me was dirty. The comforter appear to have cigarette burns, sheets had stains, there was a small dot of blood on one of the sheets due to the small size I would think it was probably from a bed bug, the blood stain was fairly small and round. very old fashion room. carper dirty, there was small pieces of papers on floor, where no one had vacuum the carpet. I had to leave minutes upon arrival due to room conditions and requested a refund. toilet didn't flush properly. Horrible experience. They had a sign that I had to go to the hotel next to this one to check in. The official lobby for Super 8 was closed.

First off it IS NOT pet friendly. I usually have pets & I can find smoking rooms at pet-friendly. This place was THE GROSSEST place I have ever stayed. I felt creepy, not bugs! Just so nasty dirty, that I took pictures! I was on 2nd floor & the stairs are dangerous. I almost fell. You must see! Amenities?? That 2 inch soap? The TV had to press the right button to activate. The cleaning lady fixed on day 2 when she came in & sprayed something around. The floor was disgusting, kept shoes on at all times. Even in the shower, which was barely luke warm when I needed to wash my hair, I had to BUY a hair dryer!! The shower head was at my face, so had to duck to wash my hair. The tub did not drain, so standing in nasty water from who knows how long. The next morning NO HOT WATER>cold shower and pressure problems! Could not get enough to brush my teeth. The sink area was so nasty that I covered it with nasty towels. ICE? No...go thru the breezeway of hotel next door for ice. That worked twice, mostly no ice. NOISE! It is right on Route 66! Exciting? NOT I can see why they no longer allow dogs. The room showed stressed out dogs and kids drawing on the doors & walls. Check out...go next door. The good news is I could smoke. I had rent car so it was the only place allowed. It did smell nasty. I'm sure there is more. Security?? I was thankful I didn't have my dogs to walk. Oh and there is a swingers club next door!

Nasty. Not a single towel, wash cloth, or complimentary soap, tissue, cable broke, had to call maintenance. BED BUGS!! I woke up with several bug bites. No refund. Was told “owner will be here Monday, she will call you” Not a single word. Accidentally scheduled the wrong date, no refund. Will not be staying at any of these disgusting, bed ridden motel again. Will not recommend to anyone. I payed for a room I did not stay in, no refund or credit for another day. Absolutely the worst management. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a motel and not worth the money.

Booked a 1 br with microwave and refrigerator. Got a room with 2beds, no refrigerator, and no microwave room was not very nice. Clean, but severeal lights dud not work. Over all room had holes in the rug, old furnishings such as dresser drawer stuck some could not stay open and some fell out. Not a nice hotel, will not go back there.
