The pool needs redoing and area around the pool floor needed painting. The gym was too small and hot. The Executive lounge was amazing and staff was the best. Our suite view was spectacular and loved our room. Overall, enjoyed our stay. Just a bit far from everything tho. The restaurant food was too expensive. The valet girls were the best.

The staff are all exceptionally helpful. We had booked our room to include club access which turned out to be an excellent choice. Check in to check out was seamless. We avoided the congestion at check in time and check out was done in minutes. We were introduced to Loic who is with management and he explained that there is a concerted effort to enhance the club feature and it is clearly working. It was certainly worth the additional cost. It is a great location with lots to do or not do if you choose to relax by the pool or sea. Our many thanks for a memorable stay to Loic and his staff. Highly recommend staying here and taking advantage of the club experience.

The hotel and location is great. Staff were very helpful. The rooms were not well maintained, somewhat dirty. I had to ask for a different room and pay for an upgrade to be comfortable. Restaurants are good. Pool was dirty.

The hotel is old and it hasn’t received an update in a while, that is our main complaint. Also, it is a bit far from everything, and there are some festivities that have been shut down, for example, a pool in the beach. Also, not all restaurants open every day, and we had some days at the beach where the beach restaurant was closed and that was really inconvenient. Aside from that, the staff is really helpful. The beach is very nice. There are many activities you can purchase at the beach directly from the hotel.

Very enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay. Staff all friendly, polite and accommodating. Wonderful top floor ocean view room, with added benefit of lounge access. Lovely central location for exploring (hire car recommended), great hotel facilities and beach on site. Hotel rooms starting to look a little tired but cleaned to a high standard. Highly recommended.

Staff were awesome. Rooms were a little old, but the amenities were great. Enjoyed the pool and the onsen. The beach was great on the couple of nice days we had. The food was amazing. All except the orchid room. Food was cold and stale, but the entertainment was great in the orchid room.
