"Waterlily Studio was a really comfortable and cosy retreat. It was beautifully located at the edge of the farm looking over a lake, with lots of birdlife around. Being able to walk around the lake and out onto the reed bed path helped us feel really in touch with nature. We even saw the resident Barn Owl early one morning. With a hob, microwave/oven and fridge it was so easy to prepare and cook our own meals, but Wareham also has some lovely restaurants and cafés if you want a change. All...

"A very warm welcome from my hosts! The room was very well kitted-out with ensuite and even a ceiling mounted fan. The owners were particularly helpful in helping me to set up a charging possibility for my EV. There was an enormous range of choice for breakfast and what I chose was delivered with efficiency and cheerfulness."

"A comfortable and clean place to stay. Poole Park just a short walk away. Excellent help yourself breakfast in the form of fresh fruit and yougurt or cereal, toast and coffee. The downside is the front rooms suffer from traffic noise from the main road."

"Great people and a perfect room. Good location for visiting many places in Dorset. The inn is an old thatched building with a decent beer garden and covered outdoor eating. The food is very good pub fayre and there are interesting specials. On Friday and Saturday delicious pizzas are also served, cooked in the outdoor wood fired pizza oven Breakfast is included with the room and there are a good variety of choices with quality ingredients. A great find that we will revisit if ever on holiday...

"At £95 for the night I felt this was a bit much for the room I had. Bar staff were nice, no WIFI in the bedroom. A bit quiet in the bar, owner was busy on lap top and no music, not very atmospheric. The village is beautiful though"
