El Capricho de Almadán, holiday villa, located in Ojén, province of Málaga (Andalusia), gives you its warmest welcome. This typical Andalusian villa has the atmosphere and the comforts to spend an unforgettable holiday, in a garden of more than 25. The garden is more than 25.000 square meters of absolute privacy, completely fenced, surrounded by nature, large open spaces, with two rivers, a private pine forest, its swimming pool and bar area (self-service) equally exclusive, only for the guests of El Capricho de Almadán, within the enclosure and its more than 200 fruit trees, make it an attractive and safe place for the special moments that we are living in pandemic.

The village of Ojén is only 500 metres away with all the basic services, as well as the shopping centre La Cañada only 6 minutes by car with its variety of shops, restaurants, cinemas, hairdressers, etc. Also 10 minutes away we find the city of Marbella and its beaches, in that environment are all the golf courses. Malaga airport is only 44 minutes away by car.


Detailed terms and conditions:

- Please note that the swimming pool is open from the 1st of June till the 30th of September.

- If occasionally during your stay you receive visitors, you must always consult with the host before your arrival, as well as the additional cost, (these visitors may never stay overnight either in the house or in the grounds of the property).

- Noise must be avoided after 23:00 h and parties are not allowed.

- Responsible Energy Consumption. Electricity is completely free, up to 150kw/week, the excess of this consumption will be at the guest's expense, at the price that corresponds to the tariff of the Electricity Company.

- In order for a pet to be admitted, always consult the host before making a reservation.

- We advise not to use the barbecue especially in the summer season and on extremely hot days due to the high risk of fire.


- It is completely forbidden to hold parties and/or events. Avoid noise after 23.00 hours, otherwise the neighbours may alert the police.

- You must leave the accommodation in good condition. At the end of your stay, the state in which you have left the accommodation (equipment, tidiness, cleanliness, etc.) will be assessed. This will determine whether the deposit will be returned to you. Agree with the host how and when the keys and deposit will be returned.

To avoid misunderstandings, we inform you that due to the problem of climate change forces us to inform our clients that the pool season will begin no earlier than May 20.
