"The room was clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast good and enough. Air conditioning not working, the main control didn't work. We discovered that moving the air conditioning cable it started and moving it to another side it stopped, so that way we could use it. No temperature was able to change. The mini bar was out of order, although it was connected and light inside, it never started at any cooler level. We stayed 7 nights, from Thursday to Wednesday, and ONLY 1 day we got the cleaning service, as we requested it in advance for it was scheduled when we would be already checked out."

"When we arrived, we were informed that even though we had a confirmed reservation there was no room. The reason the cleaning staff had not cleaned the room. So, after a long flight in the rain we were forced to fiend for our selves and find another place to lodge. I now am fully aware that an Expedia reservation at a Hilton property is worth a warm bucket of spit."

"We had an amazing stay at the Hilton in Short Pump! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Every interaction we had with the staff was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!"
