Staff was horrible - unfriendly and argumentative. Building wasn't secure as one door wasn't locked so anyone could get in. Room had areas of no or poor repair. Stay anywhere else than this property.

For the price, it was acceptable. There were only 2 pillows, and one thin army-surplus-like blanket. The toilet seat was broken on one side, causing it to slide around, and the TV screen had a dark blue cast that we couldn't figure out how to fix with the settings. (The manager said he'd fix it, though.) Not great insulation: could hear babies crying in the next room.

Excellent. Motel 6 Downtown Ogden, UT
This was a budget friendly stay, very clean and the staff were wonderful. So very nice. I would definitely stay here again. The reason they are not all excellent is that there was some road noise (this may not be an issue in all rooms) and no vending machine. But it was overall excellent! Friendly, down to earth staff. Nice people.

The check in was very easy and well done. The bedding was below par. We believe the sheets needed cleaning. The taps need to be repaired. Took a good effort to turn them on. Parking was ok. The check out was fine as well.

Was very unsafe outside. When we got there, no one was at the desk and had to call after waiting for about 10 minutes to see if someone was going to come to desk. Got into the room and it smelled extremely bad! Was given two keys to the room which both didn’t work and got locked out numerous times.

Management will side with employee who stares at women like a piece of meat and glares at men like they are a thief or worse. If there are issues they will not talk to the person with the reservation and if issue continues they will kick guest out instead of trying to correct issue

Dear Guest Name, First of all, we apologize that we let you checked out because of co-guest in your room. Co-guest has asked cigarette and lighter to 67 year old man very first day. The old man looked at co-guest like he was pissed off. The man & his wife are housekeepers and when they knocked your door for cleanning Co-guest with two dogs was misbehaving with them. Finally, we decided wait until your check out day to clean your room. But co-guest still had issues with that man all the time whenever he passed from hallway to finish his work. As per suggestion of management and even police department, we decided to check out your room because of baseless accusation. As a main guest, you requested to front agent for extending room but staff got scared with behavior of co-guest and hence we refused service.We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Scary part of town, room was gross and there was a smell. Mattress and pillows were terrible. We felt like we needed shoes for the shower.
