Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Brilliant location, super clean, great rooms, fantastic and relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the sauna and steam room facilities which were spotless. The whole hotel was immaculate and a real testament to the staff that work there. The best bit about the stay was the restaurant and in particular the service at the restaurant. Perfect hotel for a short ski break over the weekend, great location right next to one of th main gondolas and lots of taxis or a free bus to get to central Solden. All the staff were amazing, especially Krasamir who served us for breakfast and dinner every day. Always with a smile he couldn't be more helpful and was great providing gluten free options for my wife. Food was excellent, rooms and facilities top notch, our party couldn't have been happier, thank you!

The hotel is the only one in the area with a swimming pool, and an infra sauna, which I appreciate very much. Location in a beautiful area. Service super, breakfasts excellent. Overall a very friendly hotel, we were here for the third time.

Set in a stunning location easily located by car. Underground secure parking with easy access to hotel. Check in process was good but could definitely have benefited from a tour of all the facilities and given more information about what was and wasn't allowed. The aqua dome itself is stunning though overrun with children during the daytime. My first impression of this hotel was amazing, I was welcomed very warmly and was just blown away by my room. The room was immaculate with a balcony that had a breath-taking view of the town and mountains. My room was cleaned to a very high standard and was done every day without fail. Lovely hotel, good facilities and pleasant staff. Staff speak limited English, but enough to get things done. It’s a half board, but doesn’t include any drinks. On the first night we thought that the house wine was included as menu had no price. We then got a bill the next day, which was fine, but just bear in mind that drinks are not included - it wasn’t clear to us.
