The staff was very helpful with planning alternative hikes. I chose to walk the 800m from the train station, which for me was very doable. "This by far was my favorite placed we stayed in Switzerland. Kandersteg is a gorgeous town and the hotel was so cute. We had the best view from our room. The room was very spacious and clean.
