"Great hotel, wonderful breakfast. A little bit further away from old town and main sights but this reflects in the price. Public transport only a few minutes away on foot and will take to main area in Heidelberg. "
"It was a great place to stay, close to family. Also close to tram stations, good restaurants, shopping.

"As a big chain hotel, we generally knew it was going to be a good familiar choice. We loved the surroundings and found the Bikini ART Museum attached to the hotel to fun addition. Lots of parking available as well as a gas station, variety store and restaurant.
Check-in was a bit slow because we had to input our information into a tablet ourselves."
"Excellent beds, solid mattresses and breakfast is generous and delicious. They even have pancakes and sausages. I booked this place mainly because of the access to the pools next door (RapSoDie) which is now, unfortunately, closed for reconstruction. But even without swimming pool, this is a beautiful place to stay."

"The beds are extremely comfortable. The Wi-Fi and tv are sub-par, but we didn't stay at the beautiful and historical Ritter for the tv. The location, views, staff, breakfast, and surrounding dinner options are outstanding."
"Heidelberg It was a special experience looking down from the top of the mountain. It has a nice view to get a room toward the city. I recommend you to go to a sauna. The breakfast was good and the car parking was convenient. The staff is kind."
