Awful. The website is tricky. The pictures are tricky. They sent us to stay in another building, with no staff. It was mainly a museum, with nobody there, very creepy. I didn’t even feel safe at night. The towels were so old and dirty. The carpet was so dirty. There was dirty linens in the hallway and nobody even bother to clean it. There is no elevator and there is nobody to help you to take your luggage up. I absolutely do not recommend to stay here.

The staff were really friendly! They all were able to communicate in English when we were struggling to speak in German. The breakfast was 10/10, lots to choose from, and our room was also great! We would definitely stay here again!

Vom ersten mirgen nach meiner Ankunft an empfing sie mich mit herzlicher Freundlichkeit und Professionalität, sodass ich mich sofort willkommen fühlte. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts war Anabelle stets überaus zuvorkommend – sei es mit hilfreichen Empfehlungen, der perfekten Vorbereitung meines Zimmers oder indem sie sich erkundigte, ob alles in Ordnung war. Ihre Liebe zum Detail und ihre freundliche Art trugen maßgeblich zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, aber der Service von Anabelle machte es zu etwas ganz Besonderem. "Ok, this hotel is far from the old town and everything you want to see but next to train station. The rooms are more Ikea than chic . When we first got to the hotel by taxi there was no one there so you have to take elevator to lobby floor. No bell boy and you need to figure things out on your own. ..."
