A few things could be improved upon: firstly, when we arrived, our sheets and towels we had ordered months in advance were not there in the apartment. I called them and they said the sheets and towels would be there within an hour, but did not really have an explanation as to why they were not there to begin with. "The hotel was comfortable. It was conveniently located in the same building complex as SCheck market which is very handy for buying drinks, breakfast, fruit etc. It was also locate across the street from the tram, train and bus station and only 2 stops away from Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof and 2 stops from Stadt Bismarckplatz. We rented 2 rooms for 2 and 3 occupancy. The third bed was a pull out single sofa bed. The hotel did not provide daily room service but provided fresh towels and replenishment of coffee when requested. Overall, it was a good location and comfortable for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Everything was clean and well maintained. The views from our room were wonderful. Great location with easy walking access to so many great places to shop, eat, or just see. My family had two rooms, and since they were across the hall from each other we got to see the castle view and the city view. My photos don’t do it justice."
