Mosquito-land

An overnight stop on a long road trip. Seeking to avoid driving through Guadalajara, we stopped in Ocotlán for the night. Decent hotel; beautiful city plaza. City is affected by mosquitos, but there is netting everywhere. Also a town where breakfast and morning coffee are not traditions: we had to drive for an hour to get a good breakfast alongside the highway. Best to go to Tequila for a pleasant overnight stop.

Out of the hotel area was dirty , On the last of stay a Bar close to hotel had music all night until 1AM, early that morning their were other guest in the hotel how had on music very loud started at 6:am . but luckily it was are last day. Other that that no other issues

Rooms are extremely noisy, you can hear everything. There’s no amenities, not a lot of plus to charge your phone, the TV is tiny and there’s holes in the restroom. They start cleaning around 6am so the noise will wake you up, there’s also a bar next door that you can hear the music blasting until 2-3am so you’ll only get a few hours of sleep until the cleaning noise wakes you up. The mattress was so hard it resembled the floor. On top of that, they take your room key everytime you exit and you have to ask for it back when you re enter. When it’s late at night they close the front door so you have to wait and knock until someone opens. Would t stay here again, I didn’t really sleep the whole time.

1 de los 2 cuartos que nos proporcionaron tejí cucarachas en la regadera, el cuarto no tenía clima y el ventilador se desbarató y se descompuso. Pagamos una pequeña diferencia por cuarto con clima, pero el clima no estaba funcionando bien. Cuando nos cambiaron de cuarto 1 de los cuartos olía a drenaje, por lo cual volvieron a reubicarlos . Al final estuvieron regulares los 2 cuartos que nos asignaron. No tuvimos complicaciones por solicitar reubicación, eso es algo bueno.

Habitaciones pequenas muy comodas agua muy caliente y rapida. El unico inconveniete es el ruido tan temprano que hacen por la manana. Tal vez me toco una habitacion muy cerca del lobby despues de una noche larga se antoja despertar mas tarde y por lo menos en esa area no se puede de tanto rudio. Pero igual hay varias habitaciones mas retiradas cuestion que revisen antes eso de reservar
