We were very pleased to find a clean & comfortable home that included the amenities that we were looking for. Specifically, a rental property that was in a good location to the beach and other amenities. This house is in the perfect location for daily walks to the beach, to our favorite Taco Shop, Pizza place (both around the corner) and Cream of the Crop Market! We had questions about the kitchen sink, not draining properly, and the owner returned our call immediately. Not only did the owner come to the house, to assess the sink, but also had a plumber come fix the issue. We will be renting this property again. We would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in Oceanside or Carlsbad area!
