"The house was so much fun! Great decorations, spacious, clean and in a great location. I can't forget the entertaining garage game room! Minutes from the beach, great pool and easy to use hot tub. Plenty of beds for our group of 10. Kid friendly. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended if you're planning on staying in the Carlsbad/Oceanside area."

"The ocean views are perfection! You can the pier and sunsets right from the patio. There’s pretty much a constant stream of cars or people on the Strand but the ocean covers the sound so it’s still relaxing. Within walking distance to everything except grocery store. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are huge, one with its own sitting area. There was no welcome book for us but we figured things out easily - appliances, trash handling, etc. - except extra towels (back bathroom!). The provided beach towels and...

"Little things needed attention, but the property management were extremely responsive and willing to do anything to make us happy. That was great. We left a short list of suggestions to make the place better and I feel comfortable they will follow. We would stay here again if we ever need to stay in the area."

"This worked perfectly for our family. We had several family members staying, and it was great! The view was amazing.... right on the water, it was nice for every bedroom to have a bathroom, and everything was clean, and really set up just right for us to enjoy each other. We could all gather in the family/dining room.... and did I mention the view! Wonderful stay that we all enjoyed!"

"We had a lovely time at this property. The views were spectacular. Everyone felt at home here and really enjoyed themselves. If I had any issues would say they should have labeled the broken oven and microwave that looked really nice but did not work. They had another microwave that worked great. However the toaster oven was not the best and made cooking dinner a bit more challenging. There is a trick to get hot water circulating but tip from property maintenance person helped fix the issue....

"The home was clean, and had great hang out spaces Lots of rooms and bathrooms. Close to restaurants and morning coffee. The walking distant beaches were rocky and were not accessible. Had to drive and park to go to Sandy beach. I would stay three again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our family of 5. The hot tub got a lot of use by the kids and the location was great for exploring the area. It is a short walk to coffee in the morning and pizza at night."

"We found our stay at Marbella very enjoyable. Our king corner unit had a great view of the ocean and pier. The sound of the waves in the evening was very relaxing. We did yoga on the patio one day which was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side but comfortable. The location is great. Highly recommend this place. "
