CHARMING BEACH COTTAGE FULLY REMODELED

  • Fully remodeled house within walking distance to the beach and pier (about a 7 min. walk). One of the amenities you will love about this house is that you have restaurants, bars and shops as close as only two short blocks away. Great for a family get away!
    Staying in this house means no shared areas with other people. Sit and relax by the fire pit in the private patio. Fully stocked kitchen and BBQ in the patio for family meals preparation.
    Whether you are driving or decide to hop on the train (located only three blocks away, and entrance to the freeway .5 miles away), you will find that the house sits in a great central location to enjoy all the attractions in Southern California.
    Minimum age of renter must be 25 and no pets allowed.
