Pool Access: Please note the community pools are managed by the building and not by us as hosts. Pool availability may be seasonal and is not guaranteed to be open during your stay, as closures can occur for maintenance, repairs, or at the end of the season. STARTER KIT: We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay. Kitchen Kit: 1 roll paper towels, 2 small trash bags, 2 large trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, 2 dish towels. Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap. Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth). The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay. Our calendars do tend to full up rather quickly. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book. This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacation Rentals charges a $1,000 fine for smoking in the unit. Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM. Our only problem was we had an issue with the downstairs electric. We called three times. They sent someone out and they said that the electric was fine that the breaker had tripped, but as we explained it continues to trip. We called back on Sunday morning to explain that the electric had not been fixed.
