"Eastwind is wonderfully comfortable! My 3 generation group of 11 had more than enough space…..big bonus for us was the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom.Living room, dining room, and kitchen are open to one another…..great for a large group.House, parking areas, and private pier all clean and in good condition. Outdoor shower was clean and nicely put together.We cooked our dinners every night, we baked, we all ate together……and we found all utensils and kitchen equipment that we needed, and it was all in good condition!!!Location is great……less than 5 minutes from the house to the front door of the Avon Pier, about 10 to Food Lion.We spent the vast majority of our time on the pier or in/on the sound (4 kayaks and many life vests provided!!). Caught some crabs by the pier.Had 1 minor issue during our stay. Called Betty (property manager) and someone was at the house to fix it in a matter of hours. Very responsive to multiple questions prior to check-in as well.One of the best houses we’ve rented over the past 17 years."

"The house is beautiful and the location is great. Our family had a fantastic time. The kitchen is well stocked, everything was clean, pool and beach items in the shed and tons of games in the closet. The walkout to the beach is a bit of a workout for us “older” people but our kids and grandkids had no trouble. I would absolutely recommend staying here."

"We had a great time! The house was clean and very nice views. We could see deer from the back porch about everyday. It was a little chilly so a heated pool would of been nice and a few more chair by the pool would of been cool. But over all it was very good!"
