This is an older hotel with the rooms being dated but clean. We have stayed here multiple times and would definitely come back. Great location. Friendly staff.

Oceanfront Dog Friendly Home with Easy Beach Access, Grill, and Smart TVs
The floors were dirty, our feet were black within 30 minutes. There are pee marks on the carpet. It needs to be listed as Oceanfront BUT CANT SEE THE BEACH!

Great place to stay, lots of amenities, location on the water is unbeatable! The local coffee shop Ugly mugs is a MUST stop and it’s only a 2 minute drive away.

Coastal Retreat- Soundfront, Kayaks, Short Walk to Beach, Shops and Restaurants.
Dan was a great host. Beautiful views from the deck. Beautiful sunset. You need to bring your own towels. We really enjoyed our stay.

AVON RETREAT, SOUNDVIEW AVON, NC
The property was great! Very eclectic and fun inside. The view was absolutely beautiful. I will say the many, many light switches were a bit confusing, but we figured it out.
