Because we were there in December, we had a really cold night where the water pipes froze. I reached out to Mandy and she had a maintenance man at the house within an hour. I really appreciated how much care and attention we got. GREAT experience and we will definitely be using them again and staying at this house again!!"

"We had the unfortunate luck of starting our vacation right when hatteras was being evacuated for hurricane Erin. Sergey was an excellent host, communicating with us the whole time and arranging alternate plans on the fly as no one knew when the island would reopen. Not only was he an incredibly flexible host, his home is wonderfully done to accommodate a family or small group and the location is in an ideal spot within Avon. We will be rebooking this property again for next year and hope we can stay the full time then! "
