"Host was great and views and ease of getting to the beach were great. We enjoyed the house. The stairs out back could use replacing and some painting is needed. More comfortable furniture in the living room would be nice. The beds were comfy and we loved the pool and hot tub which were well maintained. The back yard area could use more ways to get into the shade. overall we loved our stay and look forward to 2027"

"This property was ok except for the fact that it didn't seem like it was truly cleaned before we came. The fridge had a bleach smell but all the carpets did not look vacuumed and we found ants in 2 of the beds. Vacasa sent people out but we had to ask for them to come and remake beds and also remove a grape from one of the bunk beds. We also found sandy goggles on one of the couches....just overall did not feel like anyone took any time to clean. Also, some confusion on what we were actually required to do upon checkout. The text message/email I received said just to strip beds and fill the dishwasher to run it and the paper on the kitchen counter said we were required to vacuum the floors, wipe down kitchen counters, do floors and fill dishwasher to run....its a big difference to vacuum all floors or not and if we stay again with Vacasa I will be calling ahead of time to clarify what we are required to do upon checkout. "
