"Nice comfy room and everything worked. Great location at the bottom of George Street in the city centre. Lots of things within walking distance plus a tram stop across the road from the hotel and the main train station a five minute walk away. Staff very friendly and helpful also a good breakfast is available. "

"Dirty, stinky, rude stuff. The gym was smelly and had no machines, just a couple of noisy treadmills and a few old dumbbells. Room was noisy and the view was terrible. Nothing to save here. Just stay away from this garbage. "

"During my stay I encountered several cleanliness issues including an un-vacuumed carpet, an uncleaned bathroom, a bug found on my toothbrush, and broken glass in the bathroom. The team were responsive when contacted and did arrange a partial clean the following day which improved the carpet and smell. The broken glass was also eventually removed after being raised a second time. However, at no point was any form of compensation offered or even a genuine acknowledgement of how uncomfortable the experience had been — which for the price point and standard expected, I think would have gone a long way. I'm sure this isn't reflective of every stay, but I left feeling like my concerns were managed rather than genuinely cared about, and wouldn't feel confident returning."
