Property was located overlooking a very nice Hyde Park, it was very convenient for both bus and train services, it was comfortable and had good amenities. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We loved the balcony and the bath in the bathroom. The bath aas so good for the kids. We loved that there was a kitchen in our room making it so much easier with 2 young children. The room was spacious and the bed was very confortable

Underground parking was extremely tight. Very hard to get in and out of stalls and if a car was exiting when we were entering, there was no room to drive around them
