Located in Oberried, this spacious holiday home of 874 sqm welcomes you and offers space for up to 40 guests. It features 9 apartments with a total of 14 bedrooms, 5 living rooms, and 9 bathrooms. Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, mountain views, and convenient ski-in/ski-out access. The house provides private Wi-Fi suitable for video conferences, TV, and 2 private saunas in two of the apartments for your relaxation. For families, there are baby cots, high chairs, as well as shared toys and books for children. Additional amenities include a shared billiard table, table tennis, and a ski room. Two apartments are barrier-free and offer comfortable self-check-in.



In the private garden, you will find your own barbecue and a total of six balconies. The large outdoor area includes a garden, barbecue, and a playground for shared use.



You have access to three shared parking spaces on the property and free parking on the street. Up to two pets are welcome. Public transport is within easy walking distance. Smoking and events are not permitted.



The house follows sustainable practices with energy- and water-saving facilities. Electricity is partly generated by solar panels, and sustainable materials were used for insulation.
