The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful; they upgraded our room because the one originally assigned to us was not as comfortable. The location could not have been better. Everything was within easy walking distance, and there were excellent dining options right outside the front door. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the Hotel Grief. I would love to return someday and would highly recommend staying there. When booking your room, I suggest requesting one overlooking the Piazza."
