The team at this hotel we the epitome of professionalism and took pride in the service they provided. Vincenzo met us at check in and was phenomenal. What was so nice about this property were the front desk people. They were kind and helpful. We had trouble with parking and the staff was exceptional in their help. The breakfast buffet was great. The location is in a busy square. Walking to restaurants was easy and accessible.

Near to Train station & Duomo

The 2 nights stay at Stadt Hotel was excellent. Staffs were friendly & kind. Check in was fast, and the apple strudel welcome dessert was excellent. Piazza Walther was just 2 minutes walk & surrounding were filled with good restaurants. My first impression with Bolzano was great.
