Lovely quiet house with garden, deck, in great neighborhood
Our home is a 1921 Craftsman-style two-story house in a typical layout for this area, with the main living area upstairs (one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, office) and a semi-separate living space downstairs (bedroom, sitting room, bathroom, spare room/office). The laundry room is downstairs. It has a large private garden with raised beds with herbs and flowers and vegetables, fruit trees (lemon, lime, avocado, fig, plum) and a deck off of the kitchen overlooking the garden. We have a chicken coop with five chickens and collect eggs every day. The house is peaceful and easy to spend time in.
This is not for short term rentals; we are looking for a longer-term (3 months to a year) stable resident for our house while we are abroad.
