  • Adorable bungalow is 2 blocks from great waterfront walkway in Old Town. Close to fun shops/restaurants & short drive to trails, parks, beaches and more. Perfect for a weekend away or working remotely from a new spot that feels like home. Pet friendly so your best buddy can join you. You'll love that a wide variety of things to do are nearby. Reading is a passion, you can enjoy it too while looking out at the water & enjoying a cup o' joe (Whidbey Coffee?) or wine. There is not a TV in the unit, although a former guest bought one and left it and it's stored in the garage. Read more about why no TV in the additional details of the listing.

    There is a lower, separate studio unit I also rent out which has its own patio and fenced area. The unit advertised here is the main level of the house.

    Quiet hours from 10pm-7am to benefit guests and also to keep the neighborhood quiet. It is a very peaceful area.

Pet waste shouldn't be left in the yard and there is a shovel/pickup tools available to help transfer to bare garden bed areas to bury.
Minisplit heat/AC does NOT work like a typical furnace. Please contact me if you have questions or haven't used one of these, don't just hit buttons.
