I came back here again after staying here 2 weeks ago. It is clean, comfortable, great dining options, staff, pools. After a very disappointing stay at Hyatt Regency, it was so lovely to be back here. So I extended for extra few days.

Truly a 5 star hotel. Variety of restaurants, service is amazing, always with a smile and cannot do enough for you. A huge resort but very personalised. So many swimming pools and a lovely beach to go for a swim and long walks.

Before I loved the Mulia's breakfast and I decided to back again. ( after pandemic Japanese sushi chef gone and no more Korean BBQ ). So rude staffs at the dessert section. Too many group tours were so loud and dropped hotel quality
