On 18 Jan after 10 am, I came back to hotel after breakfast, I left my phone on my moped's pocket for less than 30 seconds. I came back to pick it up in less than a minute. My cell phone was stolen. I requested front desk for CCTV coverage and I was told CCTV is not working. I went through my room and requested room service, I never received room service. Staff regularly relocate the bikes and mopeds to make more parking space. There was no public present in the parking lot when I came. Ninja 250 belonging to staff who was going home was parked beside my moped. Person who took my cell phone removed the SIM Card & as result I could not locate. Police mentioned since there was no CCTV working, which is rare for a good hotel, It would be hard to locate the phone. I requested to talk to manager, but supervisor states he is on vacation. There was no responsibility and no search conducted. I offered a large reward to staff if they can provide my cell phone. I believe the individual who has my cell phone knew who I was and works within the premise. As a traveller, I would reccommend to be careful at Coco de heaven for your belongings. Especially when staff knows there is no CCTV and accountability. I was very disappointed by lack of customer service. I did check out of worst nightmare. Management does not want to follow up. When I arrived, it was quicked check-in, the guy at the reception was nice and accommodating. The housekeeping are not friendly and approachable. But the lady who took the guy at the reception was very nice. She taught me to download GoJek apps so that I can book car, and when the driver sent me messages in their language, the lady help me to reply. The location was far from everything like the malls, food chains, etc. They have free breakfast but only 1 menu everyday and they don't have free coffee and milk at the room, they only provide sugar and tea and they don't have free shampoo and soap inside the bathroom. They have nice swimming pool. This is a really cheap guesthouse and I do understand that you can't expect much for the value, but seriously. I booked here because I saw review somewhere that it was ok to stay. To be honestly, the most important thing to me is it has to be clean. When we went inside to our room, it's dirty everywhere. They never clean the fridge, not under the bed and then the bathroom. So outdated. It was barely we want to take a shower or go to the toilet. I didn't trust the bedsheet either so I had my own towel before laying on the bed. Poor breakfast, no choice and the same. Service is not so much better, we ask for rent motorbike. They told us to sit down and wait. After 15 min we told the guy that we will go out and eat and then be back, everything should be ready at that time. When we came back after 1 hour, he told us that it was not possible anyway to rent for today. What a waste of time. I am happy we only book for 2 nights because we would not stay there one minute longer and will never come back here either. We were only here a few hours waiting for flight home. Budget room, no soap, no toilet paper, stained towels, poor AC, no window, tiny room, no cable TV (indonesian only), noisy street and no restaurants nearby. I think it might be off season, that I saw more employees rather than other hotel guests. Breakfast is just the standard IndoMee instant noodles fried with some vegetables and eggs. The hot water that they asked you to make your own coffee/tea was actually cold. Room was a bit stuffy, pillows doesn't match. Can't get wifi signal from room although I see the router was next to our door. The following day we moved to a nice hotel in Sanur. Since it is a budget hotel, don't expect much from it. One thing that we especially didn't like was a smelly and dirty washroom with NEITHER soap NOR toilet paper. These should be essential to keep some level of hygiene in a place with high rotation of people! There was a kettle in our room but next to the tap there was a sign that water is non-drinkable even after boiling. The positives were: very friendly staff, small but yet free breakfast, swimming pool, fast Internet access. This place isn't definitely a destination for a memorable vacation on Bali, but if you just plan to spend the first or last night there to catch a plane, it should be good enough. ##### Dawid Stayed 1 night in Feb 2018 ### 4/10 Poor #### sergio81, toulouse 14 Feb 2018 Liked: Staff & service Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### hotel bruyant et sale j'ai réservé pour 15 jours cet hotel semblant bien situé: quelle erreur !! situé contre le bypass reliant le nord au sud (équivalent du périf parisien aux heures de pointe) chambre sale avec rideau de douche sale , robinetterie sale, wc avec urine et poils, rideau de chambre sale et déchiré, pas de draps de dessus et contact direct avec dessus de lit très douteux. bruit incessant, impossible de sortir de l'hotel à mois de longer la vois rapide jusqu'au prochain feu. le petit déjeuner continental : une boite de café soluble, de l'eau chaude et un bol de riz !!! les 2 seuls bains de soleil près de la piscine sont couverts de moisissures !!! nous avons changé d'hotel le surlendemain sans obtenir le moindre remboursement. seul point positif, la gentillesse du personnel ( le patron, je ne l'ai pas vu). le trajet de 3 km pour se rendre à l'aéroport peut prendre une heure vu la circulation, il vaut mieux aller sur legian ( ce que nous avons fait) qui est plus près en temps de l'aéroport A EVITER ABSOLUMENT !!! ##### sergio81 Stayed 13 nights in Jan 2018 ### 10/10 Excellent #### KONSTANTINOS 8 Jan 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Very helpful staff A very good hotel near the airport in jimbaran nusa dua.
