"The VRBO screwed up my reservation which was 4 nights in a 2 bed, 2 bath condo. I received a 1 bed 1bath one night then i was offered a mouldy 2 bed 2 bath condo with non-functioning fridge, TV and shower, loud ceiling fan and broken bathroom sink. Things became worse throughout my stay. I had to spend way too much time on my phone trying to get things fixed or addressed. "**Five stars, worth every penny** We just spent nearly a week at Marival Distinct and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was top notch. Every single person we interacted with, from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the pool attendants, was warm, attentive, and clearly took pride in their work. It never felt scripted; it felt like they wanted us to have a great trip. One person deserves a special mention: Orlando at Lemmon Grass. He was the gold standard for service. Attentive without hovering, always a step ahead of what we needed, and he made every meal there feel like the highlight of the day. If you are lucky enough to have him take care of your table, you will understand exactly what I mean. The property itself is beautiful and well kept, the food was consistently excellent, and the pace of the place made it easy to actually relax. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt overlooked. Is it a splurge? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely. This is the kind of stay that resets the bar for what a resort should be. We will be back, and I would recommend Marival Distinct without hesitation to anyone looking for a true getaway."

I’ve been to many and this one was my favorite by far, we came at a time where there was a hurricane coming in and heading out and they were very accommodating as to moving dates and making the stay extra special with a small birthday celebration and even getting engaged on the property! "The place is very clean, I really enjoyed the water service, that was unexpected but very much appreciated. The complementary breakfast is great with a vast selection of dishes (buffet) I only got to enjoy the last 2 days out of 7, but it was excellent. The entire staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff was very professional, polite, efficient and warm. I had a great stay. I recommend this place and I’ll be returning next time."

"It was important that we had a balcony. And the management took it upon themselves too allow my daughter and I to sign a release. And it was so wonderful we enjoyed our room at 413. The beds were very comfortable in the shower had a lot of pressure and the view was amazing pool and ocean. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic."
