The front desk has a refrigerator for medication only. I gave them my $1,400 medication and 2 days later. When I went to pick it up. The bag was full water on the bottom and all 4 cardboard boxes soaked. I asked where it was stored? And ask to speak to a manager. The manager did not apologize, or admit any responsibility. Instead tried to blame me or pharmacy for condition of medication. When clearly it was contaminated during their care. Manager didn’t offer to replace either. Only caused me stress and anxiety the rest of my vacation. I was left disappointed in their lack of hygiene. As, they do not care for their guests health! Pool is extremely filthy. Even with googles on, I could see in front of me. The security is non exsistant, just walked around in circles. Yet allowed group grown adults to drink Pacifico inside pool. How is this sanitary ? Not to mention this is not family friendly. If you care about your health, do not stay here. They are cleaner hotels that value their customers."
