"Clean & tidy property in small village centrally located to see the island. Large comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. To make this property better for UK visitors a Smart TV with Apps, Netflix, catch up programmes plus streaming would be best. The only programmes are all in German. Felt the terrace would benefit from a roof covering."

"We stayed in this apartment block 2 years ago and this trip was intended as a repeat 1 month "live with the local" holiday. Due to health issues I was unable to go for the month but we did manage 18 nights and that combined with glorious weather, wonderful host and perfect apartment was everything we wanted. Marian is a wonderul lady and Dee and I would highly recommend her. Nothing was too much trouble for her. What more can we say. Don't hesitate, go and you wont regret it. Stephen & Dee"

"Das Haus ist einfach toll. Der Pool ist klasse. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll, die Ausstattung hat alles was man braucht. Wir wurden von Katja super nett empfangen. Check-In und Check-Out ohne Probleme. Lajares ist ein schöner, kleiner Ort, in dem aber nichts fehlt. Shopping, Restaurants, Supermarkt… alles da! Kein überlaufener Touriort, was uns sehr gefallen hat."

"We loved the outside space because there were different areas where you could choose between sun and shade. We also made good use of the pool. It felt very private but its elevated position gave a nice view of the landscape. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine in the bathroom was very useful. "We liked the villa very much. 20 minute walk to the beach. We had to go to the beach as it would have been too hot to stay around the pool, plus there were 5 of us with only 4 sunbeds. The downstairs bathroom could do with either a shower tray or slope for the water to escape, we had to run the shower on slow to prevent flooding the downstairs area. All in all a well equipped villa, very nicely decorated. Thank you"

"Nice to be back again in this quiet bungalow with secure parking and the owners close by to help with any problems. A car here is essential, as the nearest restaurant is a 5 minute drive away, and nearest supermarket a 12 minute drive away. But the location is central for northern towns, villages and beaches."

"We had an excellent stay at this amazing villa. Located directly across from the communal pool for ease of access. Plenty of parking available on the street if you don’t want to use the driveway, like us. Definitely need a car. It is walkable down to the seafront but I wouldn’t enjoy the climb back up but you do have option of taxi which are readily available outside the Aquatico Shopping Centre. "A really nice quiet place to stop,relax and recharge. The terrace is particularly nice especially in the early morning and late afternoon. My only caution is the lack of windows in the second bedroom: children may be afraid to sleep here. Overall, an enjoyable place to stay."
