"Although the property was large and in a good, well maintained and secure development, the apartment was in serious need of some TLC! The kitchen cupboards were not fitted correctly and with missing doors, the wardrobe doors would not slide and made it difficult to access the space, there were insufficient and poor quality bedding and towels.
