Villa Medellin is located in small town called Pridraga, a place on the north side of Dalmatia region, near Zadar. This litle town has a coastline full of beautiful beaches that are ideal for swimming, sunbathing and various water activities. With a beautiful natural environment and a pebble beach, Pridraga is the perfect destination for families looking for a peaceful and relaxed vacation. This place is located at the foot of Velebit mountain, which is ideal for lovers of hiking and cycling. Paklenica National Park is only a few kilometers away and offers many attractions for visitors, including beautiful canyons and speleological facilities.
Villa Medellin is newly built modern villa with heated pool, in which You can enjoy even during lower temperatures. The pool is on the high of the first floor, which is why it has a magnificent sea view. On the terrace next to the pool You will find lounge area and an outdoor fireplace for whole family to gather and enjoy sunny days or easy evenings. The villa consists of spacious living room, dining room with fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with king size bed, TV and air conditioning. With two king size beds, this villa can comfortably accommodate four persons. With game console and board games, Your children will enjoy Your stay in our villa, but we didn't forget about Your pets either. Since the villa is pet friendly, You can bring Your pet with You, with some additional costs.
