"The complete lack of control of other guests (the couple hundred preteen/teenage footballers). There were no guardians holding them accountable to be respectful of other guests of which I complained to reception 3 times over the course of several hours. They were playing football in the parking lots, the hallways, the lobby. They were banging on doors, yelling at all hours, blasting music. I asked reception for an extra pillow around 10-1030pm which never arrived."
