Room was cozy. Small “issue” was the heater didn’t heat all the way to the top, but wasn’t a huge problem for us. Staff was super friendly and good was great!
Extremely helpful reception staff when it came to assisting with parking and providing information about the hotel - even organised someone to assist with luggage. Breakfast was very good.

This hotel is convenient to the train station and the main street with the restaurants and pubs. It is a nice hotel, a little tired. But perfect for our one night stay. The pubs and restaurants were nice and easy to get to.
Always good staying here for work purposes, staff are always friendly

Very nice room,we appreciated the old-fashioned welcome note, hotel information, and nearby amenities guide. The room included a jacuzzi (though we didn’t use it) and had a beautiful bed setup. However, the mattress felt quite old and shaky; it made noise whenever one partner turned. The carpet was also very dusty — I had to take a few puffs for asthma relief.
The hotel has a charming old-school feel but could benefit from modern updates, such as digital options like QR codes for ordering. The Scottish breakfast was good, and there was self-parking available — it seemed unlimited, and I imagine parking wouldn’t be an issue even during peak times since there’s free parking nearby after hours.
The location is convenient, close to amenities, and within walking distance to a lovely garden
The hotel has good location. The hotel is just beside the water, you can walk along the river bank to see the beautiful scene also it is easy to go to the main street, there are many restaurants.
Nice hotel just near the High Street. nice bar. We had a very large room with a large, comfortable bed. Couldn’t figure out how to start the Jacuzzi, which was a downside, and the absence if a real shower was somewhat odd these days. I do recommend the hotel as clean and orderly.
Cute older hotel with water views. My room had a jetted tub great for relaxing. Great little bar and very good food at the restaurant. Very diverse menu, something for everyone. Perfect location close to everything.

Good , convenient location having arrived by train. Restaurant meals very good, prompt service and very reasonably priced compared to other place along the high St.
Very good location, used as a stop over whilst travelling, easy check in, room was warm, tidy and comfortable. We ate in the bar area where there was a good choice from the menu & specials board, for us the hotel met our needs with very helpful friendly staff.
Pleasant stay, friendly staff. Nice clean comfy room great set course dinner.
Highly recommended if going to Fort William near all amenities such as bars restaurants shops. Short hop to bus and train station. Great Value.
