The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with tropical palms and typical Sicilian trees (lemon, orange, fig and olive trees).
The shade of the pines, the lawn, the sea breeze creates an ideal atmosphere for
relax, even during the hot days.
Consists:
* on the ground floor: a living room with sofas, a fireplace and a dining room; from a kitchen with dishwasher, equipped and complete with everything; from a bathroom with a shower; 2 verandas overlooking the park.
on the 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms; a bedroom with 1 single bed and a sofa bed.
The villa is far from the beautiful sandy beach of Noto Marina only 300 and directly adjacent to Marina di Noto begins the natural reserve of Vendicari
with calm beaches, wonderful and full of things to discover (archaeological area of Eloro, Greek theater, the Sveva Tower etc.).
Six kilometers away is Noto, the most beautiful baroque city, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site
