  • Villa Paradisoè a beautiful country house with pool located in the south-eastern Sicily, between the towns of Ispica and Rosolini. The villa, located in a quiet and sunny, offers a relaxing view of the surrounding countryside characterized by ancient olive trees, carob and citrus fruits that create an evocative rural landscape. A well-kept garden with lawn embraces the house with large terrace and a beautiful infinity pool with Jacuzzi. Recently built, the house is on two levels. On the ground floor are a living room with fireplace, un'accessoriata built-in kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and bidet. A marble staircase and iron leads to the first floor consists of a master bedroom with balcony, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside the nearby annexe houses a second complete rustic kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven. The villa also has central heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and washing machine. Nearby there are also the beautiful baroque towns of Modica, Noto, Ragusa-Ibla and Scicli, but also the beautiful beaches of Vendicari Reserve, Pozzallo and Portopalo.

The house gardens and pool are maintained to a very high standard. The house is spacious and comfortably furnished. Thé out door seating and eating area are very good and parts are always in the sun or shade and even some dry areas in heavy rain.

Villa paradise!!

The villa is perfectly named (on the popular maps app it comes up as Villa Dora)! Our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive until late, but the family met us to show us around. They provided a lovely welcome spread of food and supplies, which was very thoughtful and delicious. The villa is very well equipped for cooking, both indoor and outdoor kitchens. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with very comfortable mattresses and extra blankets if needed. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and a towel each for the pool. There are so many options for seating both in the sun and shade, you can easily get some solitude for holiday reading!! The villa is perfectly located to visit the beautiful villages, cities, beaches and historical monuments. We visited Rosolini (nearest supermarkets) Syricusa, Modica, Pachino, Agrigento, Noto, Mount Etna (quad biking is great fun!) and Taormino. Mount Etna graced us with an extremely rare show of "smoke rings" on our last day, which was shown on the national news when we got home to England; we felt so privilaged to have seen this at the end of a perfect holiday. There are no improvements that we can think of - Villa Paradiso is perfect!!

We had the most amazing stay at this villa. It’s absolutely stunning and had all the amenities we could wish for. The host was helpful and communicated well. He had everything we required for the baby. The whole process was seamless and we wish to stay again one day.

We had the best vacation at the villa. It is located in a great spot central to many little towns to visit and of course the beach. Rosolini is a 5 min drive and has everything you need to be comfortable. The villa grounds are beautiful, the pool is incredible, the house is clean and comfy. Gianpaolo was a fantastic host - and so was the little kitty Marmi.

A true slice of paradise

What an incredible place. Extremely well-positioned for access to Rosolini and Ispica, but also to the major Baroque towns of the region (Noto, Modica, Ragusa), to Siracusa and other beautiful coastal spots, and even up to Catania (for the airport) and Taormina beyond.The villa itself is spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a wealth of seating. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained and the massive pool is a godsend on a hot Sicilian afternoon.Gianpaolo and his family were excellent hosts. They greeted us on arrival, popped by discreetly to clean the pool and empty the bins daily, and responded to queries very promptly. Manny, the resident cat, was a delightful companion for our entire stay!In short, we absolutely loved it here and hope to return!

Wir haben die Zeit in Gianpaolo's Villa sehr genossen. Der Empfang war herzlich und total unkompliziert.Die Villa ist sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet, verfügt über eine herrliche Terrasse mit einen tollen Ausblick auf Rosolini, von der aus man traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann.Der große Pool sowie das gesamte Grundstück ist absolut perfekt angelegt und und wie alles top gepflegt. Die kleine Katze Marmi war während unseren gesamten Aufenthalt ein ruhiger Begleiter.Für uns steht fest das wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Tolle Villa mit großem Pool

Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende gelungen. GianPaolo war ein toller Gastgeber, die Villa und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Da die Villa etwas höher liegt, hat man einen tollen Ausblick, den wir sehr genossen haben. Am großen Pool konnte man die Sonne auch schon im April genießen. Tolles Haus

Gianpaolos Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Der Pool ist riesig und super sauber. Die Terrasse ist riesengroß, man findet zu jeder Tageszeit ein sonniges oder auch schattiges Plätzchen.Bei unserer Ankunft begrüßte uns Gianpaolo und sein Sohn mit Wein, Wasser, Brot, Käse, Salami, Erfrischungsgetränken, Orangen und Zitronen und den obligatorischen Biscotti. Sehr nett und aufmerksam nach einer langen Reise.Kleines Manko: die Dusche im oberen Bad lief nicht gut ab, dies wird aber behoben.

Unvergessliches Haus mit herzlichen Gastgebern in einer perfekten Lage

Das Grundstück und das Haus sind sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Fotos können davon nur einen groben Eindruck vermitteln. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Sekunde an wohl. Das Schwimmbad ist mit 11 m überdurchschnittlich lang und erlaubt richtige "Bahnen zu ziehen". Das Haus ist absolut ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, mit einem Ausblick auf die Olivenfelder und die Silhouette von Ispica mit ihrer Kathedrale am Horizont, den wir beim Essen auf der Terrasse insbesondere beim Sonnenuntergang genießen konnten. Die benachbarten Häuser liegen ein ganzes Stück entfernt- kein Verkehrslärm oder Lärm der Nachbarn. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge perfekt - die Barockstädte Noto, Ragusa, Syrakus, Modica liegen im Umkreis. Die schönen Strände der Umgebung sind schnell erreichbar- Anfang Oktober waren sie menschenleer. Maria Rita und Gianpaolo sind tolle, hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastbeber. Wir würden jede Zeit wiederkommen!

The villa exceeded our expectations. It truly is a jewel. Clean, quiet, very comfortable, extremely well equipped. I'd go back tomorrow. Not only does it have inside and outside kitchens, bbq, pizza oven, but there's also a menu you can order from and have fantastic Sicilian dishes (and wine!) delivered directly to you on the terrace! Proprietor and family were friendly and helpful.

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir wurden sehr freundlich durch Gianpaolo empfangen. Es waren schon so viele leckere Sachen im Kühlschrank, dass wir gar nicht am ersten Tag einkaufen mussten. Wenn man selbst kochen möchte, findet man alles vor, was man braucht. Ich habe so eine Ausstattung noch nicht erlebt, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Zudem hatten wir immer sehr liebe Katzen-Gesellschaft. Grazie a Gianpaolo per una vacanza indimenticabile!

Superb!

The villa is beautiful, very clean and well equipped. There is a large shaded terrace where we had most of our meals and enjoyed the evening hours. There is even a separate outdoor kitchen including a barbeque and a woodfire pizza oven! The garden is gorgeous and offers lots of space and shade and the property is fully enclosed. Of course the highlight is the fantastic pool, which is large and has a diving board and an attached jacuzzi. Gianpaolo and his wife are very friendly and helpful and contacting them was easy. It was a pleasure to meet them! The villa is ideally situated, close to the town for a quick trip by car to a store or cafe, but isolated among olive fields for complete tranquility. The beautiful beaches of the southeast coast of Sicily are quick and easy to get to. We can highly recommend this villa for an exceptional vacation!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus, ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Super nette Gastgeber. Der Infinity Pool ist sehr schön und Top gepflegt. Eigentlich geben die Bilder hier auf Fewo-direkt die Schönheit des Anwesen gar nicht wieder. Es gibt ein eigenes Grillhaus. TOP! Die Zimmer im Obergeschoss haben herzige kleine Balkone. Beautiful villa with fabulous pool

The villa is comfortable with everything you need for your stay. The photographs on the web site do not really do it justice. The pool is great and the out door kitchen is amazing. The villa was really clean and we were greeted by the owners on arrival and despite a language problem we were made to feel welcome and they were on call over the holiday if we had any problems. The town of Rossolini is a short drive away where there are supermarkets for provisions. The perfect place to have a chilled out holiday.

Great vacation : the perfect house

The house is better than what you see on the pictures. Comfortable, well equipped, especially in the kitchen. The place is very quiet, the swimming pool is big enough to swim and the water warm. The garden is very pleasant. We do appreciate the outside kitchen where you can cook your pizza in a real pizza oven, the swimming pool after a long day of visit. When we arrive, we were happy to find fresh fruits, milk, butter, cheese and yogurt and even a salami and a bread. Everything so we didn't have to go immediately too the supermarket. If we come again to Sicily we will surely book this villa !

Perfect house with gorgeous views

This house is much lovelier than the photo! It's surrounded by an olive tree Grove and is very secluded and peaceful. The veranda around the house was our favorite part because we could sit outside in the morning and evenings, even in February! The hosts were lovely and had delicious snacks waiting on our arrival from a late flight. Plus they gave us a bottle of homemade olive oil. We will certainly be back!
