Beautiful villa with private pool in Palazzolo Acreide, Sicily.  
This villa has a main villa with 6 bedrooms , to accommodate a total of 12/14 people.  
It is perfect for groups who would like large common spaces for spending time all together, but who also don’t want to give up individual privacy.   
The enclosed garden is lush with Mediterranean shrub plants, and offers a pool, various outdoor dining areas, and a children’s playground.  
This villa is a perfect base for exploring the fantastic gems of southeastern Sicily.  
At guests’ disposal: 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 12/14 people; air conditioning; private pool (15 x 10 meters); outdoor shower; verandas and outdoor spaces for dining outside; garden furniture; barbecue area; playground; Wifi internet; parking.  
  
Distances: Palazzolo Acreide (shops of all kinds) 3 km, Noto 30 km, Vendicari Reserve 39 km, Syracuse 40 km, Modica 42 km, Marzamemi 50 km, Catania 95 km.

2 double bedrooms, 2 bedroom with double bed and single bed each with a private bathroom with shower; bedroom with 2 single beds.  
Ground floor(access from outside) double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. This bedroom can be connected to the rest of the house via a door to the aforementioned bedroom with 2 single beds.
