Baglio del Picchio is an old farmhouse recently renovated and equipped with all the comforts of a modern house, where the owners live permanently, with whom guests only share the outdoor spaces.   
In fact, the flat available to guests is completely independent.  
Located in San Corrado Fuori le Mura, a residential area of Noto, in the context of the Valley of Miracles, it enjoys an open view of the surrounding hills.   
The flat consists of a living area with a sofa bed and kitchenette (which can only be used to prepare breakfast), smart-tv and free wi-fi.  
A mezzanine double bedroom with exposed beams and a spacious bathroom with shower complete the interior.   
Guests can prepare their full meals outside using portable induction hobs and use all the necessary utensils provided.   
In addition, the outdoor area has a grill and a bbq for outdoor cooking.   
Outside, guests can enjoy a wonderful garden with a swimming pool (pool area and pool for the exclusive use of guests) and outdoor shower (with hot and cold water), a magnificent pergola with a large table.   
At the back of the villa is a relaxation area with a hammock for relaxing in the shade of the olive trees.  
There is free parking inside the villa.
