Three-room apartment on the ground floor with 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning and large living room with air conditioning and sofa bed. Courtyard with a shaded wooden pergola where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. TV and Wifi. 30 meters from the mini market and the medical guard. 150- 200 meters from the sea and beaches equipped with parasols and deckchairs. Ideal for a relaxing holiday on the beaches and crystal clear sea, or to visit the whole region. A few km from the center of Noto, a UNESCO World Heritage city.
