Lovely modern semi detached bungalow in a very quiet residential area of Sprowston with no through traffic, renovated to a high standard.

The property is a short drive or bus ride to Norwich city centre, close to local shops/supermarket and easy access to the ring road.
A short walk through Mousehold Heath will bring you into the popular NR3 area with many great places to eat and drink.
Deliveroo service this area if you don't want to cook.

The space
Kitchen

The kitchen is fully integrated and has all that you will need for your time here and more. If you want to cook whilst you are here, there is all the equipment you will need. You will find a Lavazza coffee machine and pods as well as tea, sugar and milk. The kitchen also includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a Neff induction hob. The dining area sits 4 comfortably, with a small TV and my favourite piece of art.

Living room

I like simplicity and comfort, and nothing better reflects that than the living room. A large corner sofa to relax watching a film and a cosy reading corner should meet all your needs after a busy day exploring this wonderful city. There is an HDMI lead already plugged in to hook your laptop to as well as a wide range of books and some board games.

Master bedroom

Who wants a crowded bedroom? With just a king-sized bed, bedside cabinets and a chair, a good night sleep is all but guaranteed - the blackout curtains really help with this!

Second bedroom

Again it is all about simplicity; a very comfortable double bed, bedside cabinets and a handy table for keeping personal belongings on.
On guest feedback we have now installed black out curtains in this room.
Both beds have memory foam mattresses and Egyptian cotton bedding.

Dressing room

There is plenty of hanging space and hangers. 2 mirrors, 1 which is full length, hairdryer, ironing board and iron , all ensuring you look your very best before hitting the town!

Bathroom

The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle as well as a full length bath - water pressure is excellent. I have left you with all the essentials, because let's be honest, we always forget something! There is a toothbrush charging point in the mirrored cabinet - there is a sensor underneath the right hand corner for extra lighting.

Garden

I absolutely love my garden, and hope you do too, it is private and not over looked, there is a lovely seated patio area which catches the morning sun as well as a dining area at the end of the garden, ideal for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine ! There are also 2 sun loungers for you sun worshipers.
There is a large lawned area, perfect playing Molkky which you will find in the storage box with all the garden cushions.
If you arrive at the right time of year, there might be some seasonal produce available in the vegetable patch. I can be on hand, with my trusty spade to dig you up some amazing fresh veg.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property including private garden which isn't over looked.

Other things to note
Garden furniture/cushions will put away for winter storage during October.
