Massive room with huge bed , nice buffet breakfast and easy to park although £14 for 24 hrs which is not bad really. 5 minute walk to the city centre over the footbridge outside the hotel. We didnt use the spa and pool but it was included in the price which was £96 minus the £50 tesco voucher so great value ."

"No curtains in the room, just ill-fitting roller blinds, it felt a little like a youth hostel rather than a hotel room. The iron we asked for covered my white shirt in black gunk (my fault for not checking the plate but disappointed staff would give out such rubbish). Extractor fan in bathroom broken, very uncomfortable old soggy mattress. Staff were lovely, breakfast average, quiet overall in the rooms. "
