"Was clean. Was no microwave or community microwave but I knew that when I booked the room so that was not a problem. Breakfast was ok. Property starting to show signs of distress but is ok and clean. Staff was very pleasant. Was no sign of any pest which was a great plus. There was only one chair to sit in which was a minus and one lamp on the wall was broken. All in all was great place with no SIGNS of bugs which is very important and would definitely stay there again."

"Over the last year I have been in a predicament where I've had to rent a place to stay in OKC several times a month, staying at several different hotels until I started staying at the Surface Boutique & Hotel where prices are lower than most places, comfortable beds,clean rooms and bathroom, quite, relaxing room. Staff goes out of their way to help solve any issues the manager is friendly & listens to any problems & make sure he helps with any issues I may have! Late checkouts are usually allowed and nobody makes you feel rushed or that my request is a problem! If I could rate this hotel any higher I would it is the only place I want to stay now & I highly recommend to anyone that wants quality, comfort 1st class treatment and stay this is the place!
